Hay, Hay, Hay! I’m Rebecca and I’m a deisgner, a speaker and an educator.  I’ve run my design firm Rebecca Hay Designs for nearly 10 years.  In addition to running my design business, I help interior design firm owners around the world through my podcast Resilient by Design.
